Lawn Care FAQs

How many Lawn Service Crew Members will come to my service location?

We typically send one lawn crew, which consists of two – three people, depending on the size of the job. We do our best to assign the same crew to your property each time.

What about Animals?

We ask that all animals be away from the outside while the service(s) requested are being completed. Please inform our office of all animals on the property, not only do we like to perform an excellent job, we also want to keep all our crew members safe.

Do I have to be present when the Lawn Service Crew comes to my service location?

No. In fact, most customers are not present when we arrive at the job location. Real World Services Company Crew Members will use the utmost care while at and on your property.

How do I pay for my Lawn service?

Our office will send a bill with the supplied address listed on your account, or Payment can be due the day of your lawn service. If we do not receive payment either by the billing terms or the day of the lawn service, we charge a $20 late fee on all late payments!

What if I forgot my Lawn Crew was coming?

Not to worry. We will complete the service requested, and will leave a while you were gone slip on your door to notify you that we have been to the work site, and completed the services that you requested to be done.  

How can I give my Lawn Crew new instructions?

It's easy!  When you have new or extra instructions you can call the office and we will be sure to get the instructions to your Lawn Crew.  If it's instructions you want followed every visit, please inform office staff member that so information can be added to your file. Please Note: If you would like additional services added to your cleaning, additional fees/charges may apply, ask the Real World Services Staff member if there is an additional charge for the service you wish to be preformed.

What if I need to change my scheduled Lawn Service day?

We really appreciate as much notice as possible when you need to reschedule. We hold your spot for you and often turn down other business to do so. If we have enough notice, we can usually fill your spot and keep your Lawn Crew working.  We will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 1/2 your total invoice service amount if we do not receive at least a 24 hour cancellation notice! 

What if my Lawn Crew damages an item on my property?

Your Lawn Crew is careful with your possessions, but we do know that accidents can happen. Real World Services Company is fully bonded & insured. If any damage/loss does occur, please notify our office immediately. 

How can I be sure I will receive quality service?

Our policy is 100% customer satisfaction.  We want all of our customers to be delighted with our service(s)!
