Mr. Walker founded what originally was KC Lawn Mowing in 2006, bringing 100% customer satisfaction to all of his Lawn Care customers. In 2009 Kyle brought Stacey into the company to open the Commercial & Residential Cleaning Services branch and in 2009, together they founded Real World Services Company, still bringing the same goal in providing 100% customer satisfaction. Kyle still oversees all departments of Real World Services Company, but specializes in Lawn Care. Kyle was inducted into Heritage’s 2011 Registry of Who’s Who, and has received numerous awards on behalf of Real World Services Company. Mrs. Stacey Boals - Co-Owner & Director of Cleaning Services

Mrs. Boals Co-Founded Real World Services Company in 2009, and brings over 10 years of management skills to oversee our Cleaning Services Department. Stacey does a great job making sure our Cleaning Services Department runs smooth and that all day-to-day operations are completed on time and meet not only company standards, but the customers standards also. Ms. Brooke Ballinger - Quality Control Director

Ms. Ballinger joined Real World Services Company in 2010 and has been a very valuable asset to the company. As Quality Control Director, Brooke is responsible in supervising all Lawn Care & Cleaning Technicians and it’s not unusual to see Brooke out at Job Sites doing inspections to make sure that technicians in both departments are following company procedures to the “T”, and insuring that all Real World Services Company customers are satisfied with the services we provide them. Mrs. Bridget Walker - Office Manager

Mrs. Julie Ballinger - Director of Estimate’s & Material Management

Mrs. Ballinger came to Real World Services Company in 2011, and is responsible to provide all estimates and quotes to potential customers, to make sure they get the best-priced estimate/quote they deserve! Julie is also the Director of Material Management and is responsible in ordering all supplies and equipment that is required by RWSC Lawn Care & Cleaning Technicians to get the job done.
